Returns and Refund
OOFOS HK offers easy exchanges and refunds/returns – no matter size or colour problem! Ensure that your item fulfill the following requirement to be eligible for a return.
- Within 7 Days of receipt
- Brand New and no significant damage
- Original Condition with tags intact
- Original Packing
- Pack your items and return to our office*
- Please note that only one return/exchange request can be made per each order.
Please allow 3-5 working days for us to receive your return and examine the product.
